Education Strategy

We have developed a training strategy, split in 3 phases:

1. Introduction of the products

  • When opening a new Account, we gather the staff in one place
  • We provide the whole staff with printed information regarding our products.
  • Our customers will have touch and feel demonstrations, so they can try every product and be able to provide final costumers with an accurate diagnosis on which product will be the best for them.

2. Follow up phase

  • we are committed with our clients to give them a follow up on education. On a regular bases. We constantly visit them and ask their staff feedback about products and the benefits they have seen.
  • If they have new staff members, we ask them to let us know so we can immediately train them.
  • We have promotions and loyalty programs for the staff of our accounts.

3. Training Events

  • We provide our accounts with the opportunity to get their staff trained by international educators.
  • By having a local brand ambassador, we assure our training to be more constant and efficient. We have 1 quarterly training event locally.
